Employees Don't have Intellectual property Rights

Employees are both hard and smart workers. But they are getting paid only for their hard work and they are made to live for their job. But all the benefits of their smart work (intellect) is enjoyed by the the employers and share holders. Employee rights is curtained by the Employment contract made between the employee and the employer.

AGREEMENT: WORK-MADE-FOR-HIRE

TIPS TO BE A SMART EMPLOYEE: 

1. YOU CAN WORK FOR SALARY IN YOUR COMPANY AND WHEN OTHER COMPANIES ARE USING YOUR IDEA YOU CAN CLAIM YOUR ROYALTY, BUT NOW YOUR COMPANIES ARE DOING IT.

2. BEFORE GIVING YOUR IDEAS TO YOUR COMPANY, YOU CAN REGISTER IT IN YOUR FAMILY NAME AND YOUR FAMILY CAN CLAIM THE ROYALTY.

3. YOU CAN LEGALLY FIGHT AGAINST YOUR COMPANY TO CLAIM ROYALTY AFTER YOUR EMPLOYMENT PERIOD.

Employers are utilizing their employees Intellectual property and building their property and shareholders property. They get enough time to relax and think about next business.

Employees loosing their intellectual property rights

Employers are now smartly taking the consent of the employees at the time of appointment and they are acquiring the intellectual property by giving the wages only for their hard work. By this they are taking away the one and best given by the GOD, the intellectual property. While taking the consent most of the employees are not explained this particular lock-in agreement.

If all the employees are paying for their qualification, why they have to loose one of their human rights? Are they slaves?

One employee is working hard for nearly 100 share holders and one owner and for his fellow employees also. He is finding no time to relax and enjoy his life. He is always under pressure because of this reason. He is finding no time to relax in his life. He is tied up in all his beautiful days which god has given to study, work , earn for his normal life, food, clothing and shelter and status.

2.Labor.
3.Contract workers.

Unfortunate situation:
1.Employee:
Already they have not their rights.
2.Labor:
Not considered to be having intellectual ability.
3.Contract workers:
Have to sell their rights to the hiring company for a cheaper, one time price.

The profit made by one hard working employee is shared and enjoyed by 120+ people who are relaxing, traveling, investing, enjoying and building assets all around the world. But that particular employee had bought a bike in finance and applied for car loan and waiting for that. Dreaming to buy a home after 5 years through a home loan.....
